Sick Rooster

I have a New hampshire rooster and over night he's become very lethargic and he is coughing, His comb has turned dark and limp.

What should I do?

I use duramycin-10 when mine have those systems with runny nose and eyes.It's for bacterial infections..Cleared my lady in 7-10 day treatment. I put one teaspoon to 1 gallon of water. You can get it at Tractor supply or some feed stores for about $7 at most. This is just what route I took. Though mine did not cough, was just lathargic, runny eyes and nose. Is yours have any mucus in eyes, nose, or coming out of mouth?

I sure hope he feels better, when I bought my first hen I was told that if they get lathargic and keep eyes closed to give them antibiotics or they wont pull through. I'm not sure how much truth there is to though. Hopefully someone here will have more info directly relating to your Roo's systems, also I'd google it too. I'll pray for your lil' man gets better soon.
