Sick serama hen with swollen eye

One of my favorite Serama hens isn't doing great. She is much less active than she used to be and stands still with drooping wings a lot. One of her eyes looks a bit swollen and she keeps it closed a lot. I gave her some VetRx and put some terramycin in the eye and it seemed to help a little bit, but is their anything else I can do?

You may try to press out any white pus from the eyelid. It can help clear it up faster. I would flush the eye with saline or eye wash, then apply the Terramycin into the eye twice a day. She may be suffering from a respiratory sinus disease such as MG. It also looks there might be favus on her comb and wattle from the while chaulky film. That may be treated with miconazole or Monistat cream. Here is a video of removing pus from the eye and sinus cavity:

Also check her ears for incfection.
