Her eye is constantly closed, and she's starting to lose her appetite. She doesnt run around much. We've been giving her probios, terra-Vet antibiotics. And we just started giving her Poly Vi Sol Vitamins. Is there anything else we could give her? or is this already too much??

Any other symptoms like stuffy nose, gurgling sounds, swollen face?

for about a week, or less then a week.

she doesnt have a stuffy nose, but one of my other chickens do. And her eye does look sort of swollen

Many respiratory infections are eye-shut and nasal discharge. It could be infectious Coryza (smell her beak, if its fetid it could be coryza), it could just be a cold.

I just dealt with this and when they get lethargic, they don't drink enough. I suggest you use a syringe (without a needle) and go out a few times per day and squirt some of their antibiotic water into her mouth. This helps you ensure they have medicine. Also feed them some yogurt so they can get some nutrition. I have had a few birds die from things like this and it was because I couldn't keep them hydrated (tough lesson), and I have pulled 6 thru it because I nursed them with liquids and food.

Watch your other birds, isolate her if you can. If she gets bad, go for the Tylan 50.

If the antibiotics aren't working (there should have been time for improvement) I would get an antibiotic called Tylan. Get the water soluble kind. Sounds like your chickens have Chronic Respiratory Disease. Looks like it too. Poor thing looks just miserable. Call around tonight to see if anyone has it. If not continue what you are doing until you can get some. I ordered mine from firststatevetsupply.com Very good experience with them.

Mix 1/2 teaspoon with 1/2 gallon water. Make available to all your chickens. Make sure this is the only water they have. Mix new batch every day for 7 days.

You have to add the water to the Tylan. Not the Tylan to the water. I measure out the powder and put it in a jar with a lid. Add some of the water from the 1/2 gallon and shake well. Then mix this with the remaining water.

My vet recommended Tylan for my chickens and it worked great.
