Hi, we have a poorly chicken. Is anyone able to help diagnose her please?

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
A silkie
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Slow, not as active, not eating much, yellow poop.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
About a week
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
Other chickens are fine
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Not sure
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
She ate some of the chicken feed but not eating a lot.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Runny, yellow. Image attached
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Isolating and trying to keep her comfortable
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
Treat at home if possible

Note for attached image: there's bit of apples in the photo, but you can ignore those

Thank you for your time

Welcome To BYC

How old is she?
When was her last egg?
If she's not laid an egg and should have, I'd get some Calcium Citrate+D3 and give her 1 tablet daily for a week.

Try to encourage her to eat her normal feed, try it wet or dry.

Check her over for lice/mites and see that her crop is emptying overnight.

Thanks. She's about 4 years old. We're not sure about the egg, at least a few days. Her crop isn't emptying overnight, we're thinking it might be sour crop?
