SICK STUFF!!!!!!!!!

I lay on the couch with some snacks and cough drops, watch TV all day, drink iced tea or hot cocoa, and hopefully have some pizza.

EW! Def not. :p

Here's what yall do to make extremely healthy chicken broth:

3+ pairs of chicken feet, cleaned and de-socked.
A whole chicken, cleaned, gutted and head chopped off (save the neck).
1-3 onions, doesn't really matter.
4-6 carrots, again, optional.
Water.
Pepper.

This is a pretty basic recipe right off the top of my head, you could add or undo stuff.

Fill a LARGE pot 2/3 of a way up with water.
Put chicken in.
Put chicken feet in.
Chop onions & carrots, plop them in.
Pepper it to taste.
Optional: Chicken necks are good in this, if you have one put it in also.

Simmer it on low for 12-24 hours. 24 hours is best; but, if limited on time for some reason, 12 hours is ok also.

Now, how ever long you simmer it (12 or 24 hours), at the half way point take the lid off and crack the bones open to get the marrow out. Some people leave the meat on the chicken the whole time, which leaves the broth with little different flavor. Other people take the meat out when they crack the bones. Your decision..whichever you think tastes more savory.

I would die if i had to eat chicken feet. I mean, do you bite it like a banana?

That sounds pretty yummy! Might have to try it sometime.
