Aloha,

One of my two sultan chicks has been looking under the weather, has her head tucked in, she has been eating. But is obvious that she is feeling weaker than the other chicks in the coop. I have been massaging her crop. Anything else that I can do to help her?

Welcome To BYC!
You mention that you have been massaging the crop - is it not emptying overnight?
What do you feed your chick?
Any coughing, sneezing, runny nose or watery eyes? Do her eyes look a bit sunken to you?
You've checked for lice/mites?
What does her poop look like?

Her droopiness, huddling and looks like she's a bit soiled on the rear end, I would be inclined to treat her for Coccidiosis. Do you have any Corid? You can find that in stores like Tractor Supply in the cattle section.

Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water.
Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.
