Sick Sussex chick, sneezing, watery discharge and failing over.

Help! I have a one week old Sussex chick. This morning she started sneezing, and this afternoon I've noticed she is having watery droppings and falling over a bit when trying to get up or walking. She is drinking and eating. What can I do to make her feel better? Thanks in advance!

She is 8 days old now, and just wondering, should she have more feathers than this picture? The other chicks I have that are a day or two difference have so many more feathers! Thanks for all your help!

I'm kind of thinking either she is a runt or not developing due to being sick? She has been on duramycin for a little over 24 hours now. She will take water from a medicine dropper but I don't think she is drinking on her own. She is still passing droppings. What do you think, and what would you do?
