So my chicken has been doing a lot better, she been a lot more active and has been acting like normal again, which is great, and I checked her poop and everything was normal, but i was checking her crop and it felt poky, as if she ate something really hard, i started to feel around my other chickens and the same thing, there crops felt like there was somthing stabing it, only 2 of my chickens did not have this problem, should I be concerned?

Like a nail or a screw, some kind of hardware like that? Can you get her to a vet? Has there been any building or construction going on around where the chickens are?

I just think an x-ray might reveal what they have ingested. If they have indeed swallowed some kind of hardware like that, it can be very serious, even deadly. Let me tag some Educators for you. Before I do, how about when your coops were built? Could nails and such have fallen then?

Ok, our coop was build a long time ago and my relative built it for me at his place. The only other thing that I could think of is that we had some horrible rain that knocked down some trash, but we immediately picked it up

Just to clear the obvious before the calvary arrives, do they have access to straw bales or any hard stemmed mulch material?
