I use Kaytee Exact baby bird food. If I were treating your hen I would give fluids again (60-120 ml), wait 60-90 minutes and repeat if crop is clear or mostly clear, then wait another 2-4 hours and begin with food. The 10 french tube is kind of small, so you might want to get a get a larger one, or maybe try aquarium air line. If you use the air line you would need to melt the end with a lighter to dull the sharp edge. With a larger tube you can soak crumbles then purée them and that should pass through the larger tube.

Update: Janet has started eating... She didn't like the eggs much this morning but she ate a little, just to humor me I think.

She started eating food out of her dish this afternoon I am glad to say. I now have her outside where she is enjoying picking around at weeds and bugs.

That’s good to hear.....
is her posture any better, or is she still kind of hunched and looking miserable?
Has she laid an egg today? Sounds like you checked her for an egg early on, have you tried checking again?

Her posture has improved and she is still eating.

No egg... Will check her again when my wife gets home from work.

Thank you all for your help... We will continue treating her for blackhead due to the bit of bright yellow in her poo yesterday.
