Sick turkey.. need help and advice

He sounds pretty sick, so I don't think you have time to order anything.

For worms, you can give him Safeguard for goats, Panacur horse paste, & Safeguard horse paste.

Water - he needs no less than 5% of his body weight per day. If he weighs ten pounds, he needs 225 ml to 550 ml of water per day. A vet could give him subcutaneous fluids and show you how to tube feed.
I have a farm and fleet can I get penicillin from there can I use meds for cows or pigs on turkey.. thry have products like this. And can I syringe feed it or does it have to be tube or is it like syringe and tube.. I hope he's alive in the morning. I'd do anything to help him.

How is he today?
I got him to drink some water by cuping it up to his beak and he ate a handful of fruit mixed e feed.. seemed to have some energy. He got up and moved around a bit but was unsteady and unbalanced.. his toes seem to be turned in strangely... I called that number to no avail .. do you think I should try working him. ?

His poop was mostly watery , clear w little bit of brown. Doesn't seem to be wheezy or sneezing . He's back laying down tired again

How is your bird now? Going through something similar with one of mine so I’m very interested in how it turned out. I’m working with the State poultry vet and the cooperative extension to get tests run. I expect results soon. It is heartbreaking.
