Sick turkey poult, Please help

I have a turkey poult that has fluid build up on one side of his face. He has a runny nose, and is breathing thru his mouth. What do you thinks wrong with my baby?

Sounds like a respitory infection the fluid build up is in the sinus cavity.The baby needs Tylan
