Sick Turkey with bright yellow poop

Ronidazole is in the same family of metronidazole, so that's what she told me to keep giving the turkey.
Yes, I know, but you need something to treat E. Coli too, oxytetracyline is no longer effective in treating many strains of E. coli.

Now back to the ronidazole, how are you giving this? Isn't this a powder? How do you know how much your turkey is getting? Don't you think it would be better to give a pill?

All I have is that 5 in 1 and I have amoxicillin pills, but they are mine from a previous visit with the dr lol

Sadly she didnt make it. The vet did tell me she had already looked pretty bad. And she really did. I called today and asked for the two medicines you told me about, the vet is pretty busy this morning so they'll call me back before noon to see if she has those medicines on hand.

I already thru the bird away 😕
I didnt even think about doing that, ugh! I should've kept it!
The vet seemed sure it was blackhead disease. I think she just didnt want to give it medicine since it was a meat bird. But I have other turkeys that are pets, so I dont want anything happening to my other babies.

Since you have other turkeys, I recommend de-worming all of you birds with Valbazen. How many chickens and turkeys do you have?

I have 11 turkeys and about 15 chickens.
They arnt in the same pen. But I also have about 20 pigeons and 6 call ducks that are in a different pen also. Right now I've been giving them Levamisole, since that's what I have on hand atm. But I'll see if I can get some Valbazen.
