Sick turkey

I have a 2 year old turkey that has his head dropped all the time. Took him to the vet Tuesday and said little raspy so gave him an injection and also had bugs on him. He also sprayed doctor doom which is a lice killer for poultry. He says not familiar with dealing with turkeys. He’s not eating but may be drinking water. Worried if he doesn’t eat something soon he will die. Anyone out there have any suggestions? Worried sick.
