Sick turkeys help if you've seen this.

Great info, thank you all! I’ve since given safeguard only. I dosed according to their weight scale on the product. They have all become more lively and the “sick” one is now fine. There never was a respiratory infection so once the stool formed and the yellow ness went away they’ve been getting better.

Thank you all.

Glad they are better, but you should know that the dosing information on the product is for goats, cattle, and horses, not for poultry. The poultry dose is much higher and some types of worms require several days of treatment, just like dogs and cats do.

I gave 0.23 /pound to my birds.
We had fun weighing all the birds!
And I was surprised that they weighed as much as they did. 5-6 pounds on my younger birds. We haven't gotten to the older birds yet.
I'm happy that your birds are better.
FYI: this treatment is not meant for birds meant for consumption.
Although I don't get that because there is a wait period listed for slaughter in cattle in goats.

I notice they don't list treatment for blackhead. Only preventative. That's what I was told by that vet.
I'm just not buying it.
And I think I may have accidentally tripled my metronidizale dose .
