Sick/weak baby chickens

We are going to get the Corid today..what do you recommend for the vitamin E?
Some of the symptoms you describe - vibrating/trembling - those sounds neurological. If that has cleared up with the extra heat, that's good!
Seems like Silkies can be prone to some neurological problems due to how their skull is made. Vitamin E can sometimes be helpful for these problems if they are deficient.

My brain is not working this morning:hmm
You can squeeze out a couple of vitamin E gels and add to the feed or use a poultry vitamin that has it already in it.

One of them arrived with badly splayed leg and the last one died Monday night. We've had them since the 20th. The 3 left are all eating and drinking well and they have full crops in the morning/night. They aren't weak the only concerning thing is the tremors which we will get some vitamin E for. Thank you for the NatureMade suggestion, what do you think about this?

It's great that the rest are doing well!
Sadly, shipping can be rough on some, so shipping stress may have been the problem.

The Sav-A-Chick is o.k. to use if you have it on hand. What you have in the photo is Electrolytes, so it's unlikely they contain any vitamins. There is a Sav-A-Chick "Vitamins/Electrolytes" version too.
More bang for your buck if you want vitamins/electrolytes would be either Durvet or Prairie Pride found at Tractor Supply.
I do like Rooster Booster Poultry Cell as well since you can draw up a direct dose and it is vitamins.
As with anything, only use for a few days - vitamins and/or electrolytes are not meant for long-term use.
