Sick Week Old Chick - Pneumonia?

I got an order of chicks last week, most of them died in shipment because it was cold, but a few survived. When I got them, they were laying down in the box barely alive. Now one of the chicks is extending its neck, and gasping for air. Could it have pneumonia? How can I treat it, and should I treat all the chicks? Thanks for any advice, I have no idea what to do!
