Sick wobbling chicken help please

She pooped four times in total including yesterday, the first was just water, the next two were watery green and a few seconds ago it was white. She is drinking water every fifteen seconds. She also is trying to touch the wound with her beak but I’m afraid she is trying to eat the medicine. this picture is hopefully better!

Do you have a photo of the bottle/packaging of the Cefixme?

Were you able to help her with the egg?

The wound looks quite deep, it's still hard to tell. Keep working on cleaning it and putting on the ointment.

Her drinking LOTS of water is concerning. It may have been she was just dehydrated, but I would make sure her crop is emptying in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink.

UPDATE
We moved her into our guest room she is drinking and sometimes eating, once in a while she will stand up on her right leg just to sit back down again. We bought some microcynAH and gave her some aspirin water. She flinches when we spray the microcyn but according to the web it shouldn’t sting. This morning we washed her butt because since she can’t walk when she poops it sticks to her. Is it ok to give her some soft fruits or other treats if she doesn’t have grit? also big thanks to everyone!

A little mushed up soft fruit should be ok. I would focus on getting her to eat her normal feed, but sometimes when they aren't well, a little fruit, egg or something like that can be enticing for them.

Poor thing! She must be in pain. I wouldn't give her aspirin solution for more than 2-3 days - it's not for long term use but hopefully that may help her for a couple of days.
The wound looks deep - do you have any updated photos?

Here is a picture from this morning, using her beak Nessie picked off a few remaining feathers that were bothering her. She is starting to stand and stumble some more from yesterday! She is eating and drinking normally. Thanks for the input we will start to slowly lower the asprin intake.
