Sickle feathers on a hen?

I have 2 Jersey giants a blue suppose to be hen and a splash roo. He is a roo but now I am noticing that the hen is getting a few pointy sickle feathers at the tail area. Can a hen have the pointy feathers or only roos? I will get pictures up tomorrow.

If the hen is really a hen, and getting sickle feathers, she has an overabundance of male hormones--it happens occasionally, but if you are talking about a young bird, then chances are pretty high that it's not a girl.

They are almost 6 months this is the picture whan I got them will add the updated one later this morning.
