I've owned chickens for approximately 3-4 years now. I had a flock of EEs and gave them away back in September due to their egg production decreasing due to age. I then bought 12 brown sex links and a silky rooster. About 4 days ago, I noticed one of the hens eyes were crusted shut. She also began to make a few sneezing noises and her breathing seemed labored. I treated her eyes with Neosporin and they have not crusted shut since. Yesterday another hen started to not look well . She has not left a next box and sits with her head tucked under a wing. This morning, my rooster had one eye crusted shut. Egg production has almost completely stopped. Up to a few days ago, I was getting 8-9 eggs a day. I've only gotten 1 egg the last two days. I'm assuming it's some type of CRD but after researching here and on the web, I'm really confused as to which one. Any help on treatment would be appreciated.
