I came home and found one of my polish pullets disoriented and very labored breathing. She is not attempting to eat or drink. She is very clumsy and will almost fall over at times. PLease help dvise me on what to do. do I put her down and what about the rest of my flock.

It is hard to say what is going on. Separate her for now if you can. A pet crate or even a big card board box put in a place where the temperature is comfortable. That way you can watch her eating and drinking and notice if her poops look different than usual. It could be a respiratory infection or it could maybe be a reaction to high temperatures. Labored breathing could also be a response to pain from being egg bound.

went and got a kennel to put her and when I return home she was acting normal. Put her in the crate and she is drinking but all the disorientation has passed , kinda weird maybe she wasn't getting enough daddy love.
