We got "Artisan Bread in 5 minutes per day" from the library and had our first loaf tonight. It is wonderful!!! So crusty and delicous. I was totally skeptical but I am sold now. I'll be buying by own copy of the book, since I had to special-order the book through the inter-library loan from another town.
I urge anyone else to check this out! Yum!! and easy!! NO KNEAD, and you make a big batch of dough, then break off a chunk every time you want fresh bread.
