Good point. The dimensional changes are going to take time, and you'll have to re-do the cut list.
..and how much building can you do in the winter anyway?

Also looking at these plans, with dimension changes:

One of those plans had some errors that several people mentioned, but the seller did not respond? But multiple people saying similar things probably have a reason for saying those things.
Of course the same person has a TON of 6x12 plans, but none are currently listed on their page, just in the reviewsThat plan on etsy has a website listed (it's visible at the top of the first photo.)
That website has free plans for a chicken RUN:

You might be able to learn something about the quality of their plans from the free one.

The photos don't match the plans.https://www.ebay.com/itm/Hen-House-...420353?hash=item5239588341:g:s8UAAOSwoPdfKyXn
This looks kinda sketchily like stolen photos from other coops, but the 18x6 is good because of the easy alteration of chopping a few feet off the run, and not altering the coop at all. Is this sketchy?

I agree. The most obvious difference: roof slopes differently (high at one end, instead of high along the long side.)The photos don't match the plans.
