Sifting mealworms

Ok…I just started my warm farm using the 3 drawers. However, I am phobic. The idea of touching them does terrible things to me, but I am determined to be successful at this.
So…what do you use to sift the worms out to feed to your flock?

What about one of those pasta strainers?

I would look into something like this that had tiny holes and a handle

For me it’s live crickets that gives me the jumps I can handle worms all day
