I have never watched the show, but I'm guessing I'm the one who tells her kid that as long as she dances her best, it doesn't matter what place she gets...

She got two third places (24-30 competitors in her groups).

While you may never hear sports fans chanting, "We're number 3! We're number 3!" third place in a field that size is nothing to hang your head about! Congratulations!

And I'm sorry, Blue, but with an attitude like that, you'll never get air time on that show. If you can't do cutthroat drama and try to relive your life vicariously through your daughter, they'll just point their cameras somewhere else.

I doubt it... Nobody else is sick yet, and I'm feeling almost completely better! And even if I am contagious, I doubt it's something that can be passed to bunnies. If it was, the cute baby bunnies at the fair last Sunday would have had it. I spent close to an hour in their play pen getting my shoelaces eaten.

that I think that I've developed antibodies to everything - haven't had so much as a cold in over 2 years. Last illness was the dreaded Norovirus. That ought to activate the immune system.
