If that's from a hatchery and not an SOP breeder, that's probably a male. Give it a couple weeks and the legs will probably yellow up. Give us another whole body picture in a couple weeks and we can tell you for sure.

I know anyone has posted anything lately but I see that people are very knowledgeable about BBR chickens. Can someone guess what this one is. His/her name is trouble. Can’t stay still for one second. And love to get to the edge of the brooder and jump on the other ones to make them cry. I have ducklings right next to the chicks and it just jump in to eat the ducks food and go back to its right place. That goes on all day. I think it’s a boy because of its behavior
