sigma 252x incubator

wondering could anyone help with a incubator problem i bought a maino sigma 252x incubator and seen it working. i have hatched a good few chicks. but i can't seem to raise r lower the temp there r a panel on it to do this but nothing happens. would love to hear if someone has same problem
