Sign of Reproductive Infection? Green Blob in Egg

Buffy hadn’t laid in 4 days. May not have laid since 7/4 which is the last day I knew for sure she laid.

She laid yesterday a perfectly good looking egg. I cracked it this morning. Everything looked great - size, color, etc. then I saw this in the white:

I assume it’s pus from an infection..?

If it is I have tylan on hand as well as human amoxicillin.

Buffy has not yet laid today.

Thanks for any info and advice on what to do.

Hi. Still hoping for some input on this. Buffy did lay again today. I’ll crack her egg tomorrow and see what if anything is inside.

I cannot say what the green material is, but I would toss any like that. It doesn’t look like the normal meat spot or blood spot. Here is one of the best articles about usual eggs:

Ok. I guess I’ll see what her egg laid today looks like. Maybe it was a one off. Hope. Hope. Hope.
