Sign said "CHICKS ARE IN"

Went to town not expecting anyone to have chicks yet for browsing, then saw the sign at the Big Acre and had to go in just to see what they had. They had just a few poultry in: White turkeys, Pekins, Barred Rocks, Buff Orpingtons, and two lone Easter Eggers. Guess who came home with me?

They're the chipmunk colored one up front and the tan colored (actually a super-pale chipmunk) on the right. The tan one had a bad case of pasty-butt, but I cleaned it up really well, and she/he seems much happier now (can't blame him/her). The other three are my almost-week-old bantam EEs and my three week old Silkie.

I have two Silkies (same age) in there, and they are very good at playing big brother and sister to the little ones.

Same here, I've got one pale chipmunk colored, one red colored, and one yellow chipmunk colored, I just can't pass up those puffy cheeks!

.Im loving all the one's I got from TSC and my hatchling's.Just called TSC earlier to see when their next bantam one's are coming in. As usual they know nuttin could be anyday next week lol.I hope I can luck up and get some more sebright's I got 3 in the 2nd run We bought in the next town.Congrat's on your chicks's .Hopefully a couple the chipmunk colors are Duckwing's.They are great little bird's.But look's like you got a nice variety.
