Signs they will lay?

what signs will I see when the hens are getting ready to lay?
My hens are only 12 weeks but I want to know what to look for.

The comb will get really red. (wattles too, depending on the breed since not all breeds have wattles)
They will squat when you reach for them. (looks like a crouch with their wings spread out)
May or may not hear the egg song. (sounds like bok bok bok bok BAGAWWWWWK - it's loud and you'll know it when you hear it)
See them "practicing" nesting. (putting shavings on their back, making a hole in the shavings)
And lastly, when you find that first egg.
