Sikie babies dying

I have a new flock of baby silkies. They are dying off daily. Not sure why. Check butts for clogged poop but no worries there. Cleaned and sanitized coop and run but still dying. Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Where did you get the chicks from?
Can you take a clear video of how one or two of the chicks is acting right now and upload it to YouTube?
What exactly are you feeding them?
Is the temperature in your brooder?

In addition to answering @Kiki questions. How does their poo look? Is there any odor coming from them or the brooder? Are you using a heat lamp? If so, is it Teflon coated? (Teflon kills )
