Warm. I wouldn't let it get over a hundred. Find a thermometer.

Mine actually do sometimes. But not usually. They're getting pretty good at not getting it everywhere though. And as far as the glue goes I just started buying elmers by the gallon.

My horse chicks hatched just fine at 80 something.
Temp for hatching isn't as important as temp for developing.

I've almost broke down and bought the gallon. I'm trying to wean them from slime though.
