Actually I see it in this pic! You can see its beak! I gotcha. So one of the two eggs got cracked yesterday somehow. You think there's any chance of it making it?

Ok @KikisGirls what am I looking for exactly. Just the big space at the end of the egg like in the pics you shared? I feel dumb but have no idea what is the important thing to focus on.

Big space at the fat end of the egg yes...that is the air cell.

What you are looking for when it comes to an internal pip is that shadow like think in the air cell.
The beak poking through the membrane in the egg to start breathing the air in the air cell for a little bit while it takes its sweet time to poke the real hole (external pip) in the shell.

For an internal pip, you are looking for a triangle (beak) protruding into the air sac. Look at it from side along the membrane.

I didn't take a pic and its outside under my broody right now. Membrane still appeared in tact and it wasn't a crack from the inside. It looked like mom did it with her beak. The shell was pushed in.
