Silence of the Crows!

    Done, all the broilers AND the extra cockerels are cleaned. Made elderberry jelly too (first time)! What a weekend, now to put a turkey in the oven (from last year)!

    One very happy cockerel got a last minute 'stay' he's quite pretty (wildly colored for an araucana) and I will see what he and one of my young pullets produce next year.

    I read the title and thought you meant crows as in the black colored bird!! [​IMG] Now I get it!

    I clicked in the thread half expecting to see a shot of you on one knee with a shotgun in hand and 20 dead crows laying in front! [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Sounds like a busy weekend! :eek:
