Silence

I see. Most people lay them on their sides for lockdown. It's the way they'd naturally hatch if they were in a nest.
This may be a dumb question but should I lay all of the remaining eggs down? I can only see one other pip that appeared around the same time that my other pip showed up but it has not progressed. The other one hatched a couple of hours ago. We are technically in day 22 now
 
I don't think so. If people have wobbly air cells they hatch upright (I've had to), some people choose to. I'd leave them be now so it doesn't mess with their orientation of the chick in the egg.
Chicken eggs can go to day 25 sometimes, it's not ideal but it happens. It means that there are cold and hot spots in your incubator, and they were in a colder spot.
