Can anyone help decide if this Silike is a male or female?

The silike is four months of age

From what I've seen online, silkies can have a lot of variation in how they mature depending on the quality, but comparing to my(really bad inbred backyard hatchery quality) silkies, this looks like a pullet.

The silike came from cackle hartchy, so probally 100% inbred lol

We are just sumped snice it shows both female and male characteristics

I'm seeing streamers, which usually means cockerel.

To me, they look more like pin feathers. I thought I had all cockerels for a few weeks this summer, and then one of my boys actually had his streamers come in(at around 12 weeks), and they were really distinct.
Plus that's a 0/10 comb.
