Silkie sexing 11 weeks

I know these birds are notoriously hard to sex. This little one had wry neck for the last month so may be delayed in growth a bit. But what does everyone think....female or male

I too would guess boy because of how bumpy the comb is. It also looks like there are streamers coming in on the back of the head.
