Silk silkie I don't know what to do.

Apri our partridge silkie was laying down in the run I immediately quarantined her and I'm picking up vitamins. No vet will see us and I don't know what to do. She looked pretty rough there then stood and tried to move a little. She can flap her wings and move her neck. But she won't walk. Please help.

Need more information,how old is she,any discharge from eyes,nostrils,blood in poop. Have you brought in any new birds,different feed?

8 months old no discharge no blood or strange poop, baby chicks were introduced limitedly a couple of weeks ago. She is a laying hen so I'm trying to check for a bind, but not sure how. She is standing now and ate and drank some.
