Silkie 11 weeks old, gender and color question

I asked when this one was around 6 weeks old and was told possible rooster. Asking for an update now that “he” is almost 3 months old. I’m aware it’s really hard to sex at young ages, I just really want to keep this one. Also, can anyone verify that he is indeed a splash coloration? I purchased him as a “white” but the black has just started coming in heavily the past few weeks

It’s definitely a pullet as you cant see a comb. Looks like a dirty white color like mine. Splash chickens look more like my profile. She’s not splash for sure she’ll have the color my white silkie has.

It doesn’t look much like one as i have a non splash chicken that’s looks exactly like it

Anyone know what I should call this one we hatched out ? He is getting that green coloring on his tail n wings hard to see in the pic but I love him we totally want to keep him. We got him from an auction on eBay from Kentucky hatching eggs
