Silkie 3 weeks old feathers are odd ?

I bought 10 straight run silkies from a breeder and all the rest of the other babies except this one are the same. This one has more normal feathers on its wings can anyone tell me if this is still a silkie or is it a possibllty that its mixed?? Thanks

this is how the rest of there wings look and the one above looks nothing like them :/
