silkie adopting chicks **update** i think we're good!!

ok - so I got this silkie in the mail today, she's one year old and has been broody for the last couple weeks I've been told. So (I know - shame on me...quarentine...but what's done is done) I put her with my chicks today and she's taken with them.

here she is - in the tractor

and her in her "nest" with the three chicks (ages 2-4 weeks)

Sorry. I just didn't have anyone else to share it with and I thought it was really cool. Thanks guys!

I just dont think it gets any better than that. Yeah, quarantine would have been a good idea....but looks like she really fell in love with them. THATS GREAT! I hope it all goes well for you. CONGRATS!
