Silkie and aggressive Rooster

I recently bought 3 Silkies 2 girls and 1 boy. Now the Rooster Casanova is beating up one of the girls and pecking at her head !! Please help what do I do???

I would either remove the 1 girl that’s getting beat up as long as he’s not too rough with the others or remove the roo and try again if he’s too rough with all of them??

How old are they? Might just be that the attacked hen is not a hen?
