silkie and seramas question

If you breed two different colors together (with the exceptions of Blue, Black, and Splash), the result is unknown, especially when crossing white with another color as white can hide other color genes that the bird is carrying.

When Seramas (or any breed for that matter) don't breed true it means they will not produce offspring of identical color.

does it matter what color they are? i am just wondering. i dont care if all my seramas are different colors because i wont be showing them...

Then NO, it doesn't matter!!! That's what I find the most fascinating, and the most enjoyable, about having Seramas...aside from their small size, no two are alike...unless, of course, that's what you're trying to breed on purpose...you CAN do that, but it takes some diligent breeding and lots of time!
