The white is def. a pullet. The second set of pictures of the buff looks like streamers coming off the back of the crest. But, the back half looks like a pullet. I don't see any large wattles, the comb isn't large. I have some hens that have a pretty good size comb, they are not all smooth and flat on a hen. They do have combs. I'm going to say a pullet on the buff also, just because it is already 6 months old at this point and I would think their would be a larger comb and wattles if it were male. It has no hackle or saddle feathers either.
