Silkie bantam

My 11 week old silkie bantam chicken has just started growing 1 single black feather on its head, its in the place I nicked it, when helping it to hatch, has it had pipped but got shrink wrapped in the membrane. Could it be part splash, or is it because it had an injury in the exact spot?

I would suspect the injury. I had a black cat who had surgery and her hair came in white along the incision.
