A flock of wet Silkies is a sad sight to behold... I've been feeding them a lot of veggies from the garden and everyone was getting kind of grimy, so I waited for the next 100 degree day (didn't take long) and bathed and treated everyone for mites. Needless to say, everyone was very sad, sodden, and not at all happy with me.

LOL, yes, Thor enjoys the blow dryer. But, being lazy and bathing 40 some chickens, I decided the ridiculous heat could do the deed for me. They remain unimpressed.
 
He really isn't, he's not oversize for a Silkie- but he has a TON of fluff. My daughter is also teeny tiny! It's funny, get Thor wet and he is half the size he is dry. Love wet Silkies.
