Silkie boy or girl? (about 4 months old)

I agree boy...I got rid of all my silkie boys that I've ever heard because they are SO obnoxious with their constant crowing...it drove me batty!!

I say it is a pullet, her top knot goes in all directions cockerels seem to grow toward the back away from their face.Some times with longer streamers at the very back.

Looking at yours, if the top one is a boy, then I'm definately thinking that my white one is a boy too. I've been suspecting it for a while, so I guess I should start a post about mine too.

The bird in the original post has streamers coming from the crest, a pullet would never get streamers.​

i thought a silkie roosters comb was maroon ?? I heard red was a defect that it should be maroon !!! anyone ???
