So, I recently got a silkie hen and a roo. The girl, Miss Blue, I got 3 weeks ago and she’s supposedly about to start laying, though she still hasn’t, and the rooster, Bubbles, I got on Saturday, who’s 4 and a half months. When they first saw each other, Blue attacked him, and repeatedly flew over attacking him. She did that, although less aggressive each time, for a few days. Now she doesn’t do it anymore, but he’ll hardly get anywhere near her now... I got them to breed, will he ever mate with her now? I’m really hoping I won’t have to get a different rooster, really love his color

It's good that she's being so assertive because pullets can get a very hard time from young cockerels. She's too young to breed yet as she isn't laying, and he's still very young too. They'll need time to build a relationship and he'll have to learn to woo her. Only time will tell if she likes him enough to allow him to fertilize her eggs.

Ahh ok. The thing is, when I bought her 3 weeks ago, I was told she was supposed to start laying any day... is there any way to tell the age?

Unless you know their date of hatch there isn't any way to tell. Moving environments can delay them laying, or stop them laying for awhile if they have started, just from the stress of being somewhere new and unknown and different. It will take a couple of months for her eggs to get bigger as they start out small, and it's usually advised that you don't hatch those first smaller eggs.
