Hi,
I received 8 day-old silkie chicks. One should be a sex-linked chocolate female, the other seven are straight-run, assorted-color silkies.
Here is the description of the parents' pens:
"We currently mainly have Blue, black, splash and white colored silkies in our unrelated breeding flocks, but the colors you may receive could be blue, black, splash, white, buff, partridge."
There are numbers on each picture,
I appreciate any hint on which may be the chocolate, and I'm happy to have your thoughts on their eventual colors.
For #6 & #7 do the spots by the eyes give any indication of their color, or is it mostly the presence/absence of chimpmunk stripe?
Thanks in Advance!
