Silkie chick fell

The chick is 7 days old and everything was fine until it jumped and fell on its back on the tile form 2 feet and now it shakes its head and when it moves quickly it circles to the right and scratches its right eye and when sleep some time twists nect to right side. The chick is a silkie and is there any way to help him and fix this?
