Silkie chick having walking problem

Not sure if anyone else has ever seen this before but I got this little silkie baby a couple of weeks ago. After a few days she started doing this. She sometimes takes normal steps but the majority of the time it’s this weird hop thing. She’s not injured and there’s nothing stuck in her foot, we’ve checked her multiple times. Just looking for some opinions on what to do. Will she grow out of it, or will it hinder her the rest of her life?
She’s on fine cut shavings and eating and drinking normally, as well as normal droppings. She acts fine otherwise just had the walking issue.

Check that foot over well. It's trying to shake off a discomfort. Check toes, check for things like strings wrapped around legs and toes, and check it's feathers coming in which may be irritating it.

It could just be those new feathers feeling weird. It should stop eventually. Though some silkies are just odd.
